Introduction

This rewinding machine is specially designed for powder spay applications on plastic film. It integrates unwinding, powder spraying and rewinding into a compact and straightforward production process.

The machine is primarily used for powder treatment of plastic film before bag making. By applying powder evenly during rewinding, it reduces surface friction and improves film slip, allowing the material to run more smoothly during subsequent feeding and bag-making processes. This helps minimize feeding instability and inconsistent bag quality caused by excessive surface friction.

The standard machine is designed for one-way operation, providing a simple and efficient production flow. Bidirection operation is available as an optional configuration for applications requiring greater process flexibility.

Improves film surface slip and interlayer separation, resulting in more stable feeding and consistent bag-making quality.
The machine can be used as a standalone offline unit to proceess rolls after lamination, coating, or slitting. It applies powder evenly during rewinding, providing more stable material conditions for subsequent bag-making operations.

Stable Film Handling: Automatic tension control and web guiding maintain stable film transport throughout the process. These functions help reduce web deviation, wrinkle, and uneven rewinding tension.
Enclosed Powder Spray Chamber: The powder spray unit is installed inside an enclosed chamber to contain the spraying process and reduce dispersion around the machine.
Shorten Distance from Spraying to Rewinding: The distance between the powder spray unit and the rewind section is kept as short as possible. Once the powder is applied, the film is rewound immediately, reducing the time during which loose powder is exposed to the surrounding air.
