The slitter rewinder machine from the SLIT-HSC series is a space-saving, compact solution designed to optimize production efficiency. Featuring a streamlined web-guiding system, it offers easy access to the slitting section while eliminating dust collection hazards. The machine comes standard with razor cutters and groove roller configuration, and a shear cutter system is available as an option for slitting paper and pressure-sensitive materials. Equipped with three AC Vector Drives, it ensures precise automatic tension control on both unwind and rewind shafts, all managed via a user-friendly PLC and touchscreen interface. Friction rings on the rewind shafts guarantee the production of high-quality slit rolls, even when film thickness varies.
